Knee-High Boots

new year outfit

I jumped on the knee-high boot train. It has been haunting my fashion obsessed dreams to have a pair added to my ever-growing shoe collection. That is when you know you NEED something, when you dream about it. At least that is what my friend Jacki says.
If you are ever at a store and are unsure about buying something, don’t. Instead, go home and mull it over. If you can’t shake the want or need, go back and get it. If it is fate, the item will still be there.
These AMI Clubwear boots are actually wedges, which are the best type of heel, in my opinion. Now if you’re worried that knee-highs won’t fit around your calves or thighs, think again. I am no size 2, and this pair fit me like a dream. I have yet to pair them with a skirt, but it is bound to happen. Just know that sometimes when you order from AMI things are on backorder, so they may take longer to come!
Now the floral chiffon bottom blouse? It is light, and airy. The flirty top you have been wanting to add to your collection! Now, Pink Blush has a wide selection of cute clothing, but it is actually their customer service that makes me the happiest. Clothing is always delivered in a timely matter, in individual plastic wrapped bags. You can’t beat customer service in my book.

Oh, girl, you NEED SOME. I have a ton of heels, but usually wear wedges the most because they are so comfortable.

LOVE the boots and LOVE your hair…the knee high is awesome, but I also love the wedge – they look cute and comfy!! And OMG, your hair…I've been trying to experiment lately with different ways to braid my hair for the summer…definitely trying what you did!! 😀 Thanks for the inspiration 🙂

THANK YOU! I was a little bit skeptical about them being wedges, but they turned out great! You really should try this hairstyle, it is really low-maintenance.

I absolutely love your style and believe it or not, the simple statement piece of your wedding rings and the single braid in your hair take this outfit up a notch.

So cute! You look fabulous! I don't think I'd ever do past the knee boots- I just comfortable wearing my below the knee boots!

Hahah that is okay, we all have our own comfort zones! Just remember, life begins at the edge of our comfort zones!

Wedges are the best! The only heels I can stand for comfort.

I've always loved boots, of any variety. I tend to have a little bit of trouble with taller boots since I'm petite, but I appreciate the look. 🙂
