Beauty Trends 2015

A new year means there is going to be new styles to watch out for, luckily, I have rounded up some of the biggest beauty trends to watch for this new year!
& don't worry, I don't make any commission off of you buying any of these items. I do get a small amount of money for every item you click on in the scrolling boxes, but that's it!

NUDE LIPSTICK
The 90's trend was making a small comeback in 2014, but its coming full force this 2015! Look for ladies with lips that look natural and skin-toned.

THICK BROWS SHAPED FOR YOUR FACE
Let's be real for one sec, great eyebrows have always been a thing. In 2014, Cara Delevigne brought back the thick bushy brows. This year, those thick brows are going for the tamed look. Grabbed an eyebrow comb, some snippers, your eyebrow specialist, wax, tweezers, and your stencil (I hear Anastasia has the best), and shape away!
P.S. Did you know Tweezerman tweezers come with a lifelong sharpening guarantee? Just send those puppies into the company and they sharpen them for free!

MUSKY AND GRASSY SCENTED PERFUME
Think woodsy, with a slight hint of patchouli, and Vanilla or citrus.
My favorite perfume right now is Si by Giorgio Armani and the cologne 1 Million by Paco Rabanne.

BLUSH-KISSED CHEEKS
Having blush on your cheekbones is definitely making a huge comeback! Go for a blush the compliments your skin undertones, with softer pinks. Also, a tip for putting it on: dust your cheekbones with blush by wafting in small C-shapes, with the opening of the c in towards your nose!

THE LOB & THE SWAG
The Lob- also credited to many celebirty haircuts, but most known by Lauren Conrad's drastic cut. It is basically a long bob, cut just to the shoulders, best styled in a casual mess. The Swag- a swingy shag. This is when your hair grows out from The Lob to just past your shoulders. Its that 70's shag making a comeback.

    1. I have an over the counter version of Latisse that I use on my eyebrows, and they have been growing back thicker (guilty of over-plucking- I just like that clean feeling)! I have also heard that vaseline at night can do the trick as well. It conditions them and nourishes the skin, and don't worry vaseline won't make you break out.

  3. This is a good guide to selecting the right brow shape for your face. I can never tell what type of face I have.
