My Facial Routine: Enza Essentials and Adovia

I try to keep my skin on a very consistent routine, given it can go into shock easily! I have recently started making sure to incorporate more masks and microdermabrasion into my skin routine.
I use my Enza Essentials every single day (day and night), and then use the clay mask and Adovia mud mask 1 night a week for about 10 minutes.
That, combined with my PMD, has made my skin baby soft!

About a year ago my skin was really irritated and acne prone. I went to my dermatologist and he prescribed some antibacterial medicine and MADE me stop using my Clarisonic.
When skin is already irritated, it harmful to use a scrubbing mechanism on it!
I have yet to get the Clarisonic back into my routine, but I have been using the more gentle ways of extracting dirt from my skin!

enza essentials
This cleanser is so gentle and smells delicious!
toner
The toner can be applied by spraying on the face, or by using cotton pads. Be careful to not use too much, it can be drying!
enza essentials
My favorite part of the Enza Essentials pack! The creme has a light calming smell and goes on smoothly and evenly. Sometimes I even put this creme on when I am not doing my facial routine.
face mask
Masks can be so fun! Sometimes I forget to set aside time for facial masks, but I have been using both of these once a week!
The Enza Essentials Masque has oats in it to help calm and relieve skin.
The Adovia Mask has Dead Sea Minerals to help tighten pores.
The pair together create soft skin and small pores!

  1. I have sensitive skin but I have wanted to try one of the scrub brushes. Maybe I shouldn't.

    1. I wouldn't! If your skin is sensitive, it can be abrasive.

  2. I'm intrigued by facials but any time I've tried microderm abrasion, my skin gets all pissed off. It seems to be happy and clear with water and the occasional goat's milk soap. But sometimes I wonder if some sloughing needs to take place even though my skin feels smooth?

  3. You have to tell me what a PMD is. It looks like it could zap just about anything into place! And I'm also going to check out ENZA. I love my Clarisonic, but I can see how it could irritate already irritated skin. Hopefully you can work it back into your routine!

    1. It is awesome! It is a personal microdermabrasion tool. It eliminates having to go pay for an expensive facial. Essentially, it just sloughs off dead skin helping keep skin fresh and young.
