MPG Sport Work It Out

Working out is tough. Fitness it tough. Am I the only one that goes through cycles of being on my fit game, and then going off and eating whatever comes my way and not going to the gym?
I think we can all agree that working full time jobs really puts a damper on wanting to go to the gym. Only insane people think about wanting to lift weights after a long day at the office! It is time for me to commit again, though.
The only two things motivating me are cute workout clothes from MPG and wanting to feel good again.
From here on out, I promise to:
1. Not eat every cookie I see or want
2. Drink more water. Goal: 72 oz. daily
3. Always take my vitamins
4. Drink tea in the morning
5. Avoid fast food
6. Go to the gym once a week for 45 min
(I know, this last one is a sad goal. Over the summer when I was off from teaching I went 3 + times a week. Now, it seems implausible to expect that from myself. Starting small!)

I think your goals are realistic! What's the point in even making goals if you'll never reach them, or try!? I love it. You look SO FAB in this workout outfit. That's motivation to me!

I am totally with you! It IS tough to work out and want to work out. Although, if I looked as great in workout gear as you do, I would be working out 24/7! Loving this look, your high tops are the cutest!

Creating a fitness regimen for yourself is never easy. Changing up your routine so that you don't get bored can be difficult too! I even bought one of Paula Abdul's workout videos. The one thing I always do for fun is creating playlists of my favorite songs to stay upbeat and motivated.

That is tough, keeping it fresh! I love listening to upbeat playlists too. How did the workout video go?

Good for you! I'm right there with you, it goes in cycles. But it's never too late to start again! Any little bit you do for your body helps, good for you for starting again!

Bravo! I'm in that spot with you, it goes in cycles. Be that as it may, it's never past the point where it is possible to begin again! Any tiny bit you accomplish for your body helps, bravo for beginning once more! Samish leather
