My fitness goals are far from where I want them to be right now. Besides high school when I was on the cheer squad, I can honestly say that my best fitness self was in my sophomore year of college. I was hiking constantly, and hitting the gym 3-5 times a week doing cardio and lifting. My best self weighs around 135-140 and can hike 5 miles with 12% incline, no prob. 


These days, you'll catch me skipping out on the gym for an episode of nostalgia mixed with Malcolm in the Middle. Often, I cheat myself by thinking a healthy salad for lunch means saturated fats for dinner are appropriate. I have finally hit that part of my body cycle where something needs to be done to start back up on my fitness journey.

Senita Athletics helps me feel excited about working out. I know that when I go to the gym I can have pants that are comfortable AND cute. They are just the right thickness where you don't have to sweat your butt off from just the act of wearing pants, but they are also not see-through! I feel at ease because they stay in place and offer the coverage I need to hit the gym hard.
